Why did I receive a product recall notification?Updated 10 months ago

On occasion, vendors may recall a product due to a mislabel or a health hazard issue. Should you receive a recall notification e-mail, please contact our Customer Service department with your name, order number, and the product’s LOT number along with the expiration date, the two typically printed next to each other on the bottom of the container. 

Once we receive this information, we can issue a refund for the product price.
