  • Shop BBcom:
    • Bookmark products.
    • Manage addresses and review orders.
    • Improved speed, usability, and reduced battery drain.

    • Display workout duration.
  • Bug fixes and additional experience enhancements.


February 3, 2025: This update brings bookmarking features, video improvements, and better social control.

  • Bookmark Activities:
    • Bookmark workouts/programs under "My Activities."
    • Add, remove, and order bookmarked activities.
  • You now have the option to disconnect Apple Health tracking from the app if you prefer .
  • Video Enhancements:
    • Full-screen video support.
    • Jump back/ahead in 15-second increments.
    • Enable/disable subtitles (default: off).
  • Delete social posts.
  • Bug fixes and additional improvements.


January 27, 2025: This update adds customization options for workouts and settings, along with data migration improvements.

  • Workout Enhancements:
    • Add a movement during a workout.
    • Skip a movement during a workout.
  • Settings Enhancements:
    • Set your preferred weight and rep increments in Workout Settings for a smoother experience when adjusting during workouts. .
    • Support for single decimal inputs on weights.
  • We've continued transferring your past workout data from BodySpace into the new app to ensure you keep your history 
  • Minor bug fixes and experience improvements.


January 20, 2025: This update introduces new workout journaling features, improved workout tracking, and social enhancements.

  • Workout Journal Entries:
    • Add notes after performing a workout.
    • Attach photos/videos when completing a workout.
    • View and edit journal entries in completed workouts.
  • Improved Workout Flows:
    • Green check indicators show completed exercises, empty circles indicate pending ones.
    • Skipped movements/sets will be revisited before completing the workout.
  • Social Enhancements:
    • View who you follow and who follows you.
    • Check someone else’s profile to see their follow lists.
  • Bug fixes and experience improvements.


January 10, 2025: This update brings new features, improvements, and fixes to enhance your workout experience! 💪

  • enhancements to the workout plan page and the active workout screens to include commentary; things like % of 1RM, drop set instructions, etc. on programs.
  • Movement History, available from both the move library and within a workout, where you can see your progress on a specific movement, and copy values directly into your active set, without having to leave the workout
  • Improved logic around what workout to show at the top of the social feed
  • A new section in My Activities called "Active Workout" where whatever workout is active or paused exists for an easy way to return to it.
  • Various bug fixes and performance enhancements

January 6, 2025: We've made progress with a recent iOS update, resolving several reported issues. 

  • Fixes most issues where workouts weren’t being captured.
  • Adds a first pass of the workout plan page to view moves, supersets, and required equipment.
  • Allows viewing individual workout plans without needing to follow the program.
  • Refines audio handling so your music keeps playing during workouts.
  • Improves functionality for “Sign in with Apple.”
  • More enhancements are on the way—thank you for your patience!

January 4, 2025: An iOS update rolled out to address reported issues. While some have been fixed, we’re still fine-tuning. Look out for further improvements throughout the week!
