Your opinion matters! Our community of fitness enthusiasts relies heavily on word-of-mouth, aka's product reviews, when making purchasing decisions. Help us help others by sharing your authentic feedback about the products on our site.

Who Can Create Customer Reviews?

Anyone who is at least 18 years old and has purchased a product on www.bodybuilding.com may create a customer review. By submitting a review, you agree to abide by these guidelines, as modified from time to time.

Content that is Not Allowed

The Customer Review feature should provide helpful, relevant content to help aid our customers and community. Make your reviews authentic and based upon your own experience with a particular product. We gladly provide a platform for customers to share their experiences with our products. However, we limit customer reviews to one review per product and reserve the right and sole discretion to remove or refuse to post content that includes any of the following, without limitation:

Inappropriate Content: 

• Obscenities and profanity
• Pornographic, lewd or sexually explicit content
• Personally identifiable information about yourself or others, including without limitation: phone numbers, e-mail addresses, mailing addresses, or other personally identifiable information
• Images including people other than the customer submitting the review/content
  
  

Promotional or Commercial Content:

• Content regarding your own or someone else’s products or services
• Content regarding competitive products or services
• Advertisements or solicitations, including URLs/links to other websites
  
  

False, Misleading or Inauthentic Content:

• Impersonating other people or organizations
• Using fake personas
• False information about our products or services
  
  

Offensive Content:

• Libelous, defamatory, harassing, threatening or inflammatory content
• Name-calling and personal attacks of other customers
• Discriminatory content
  
  

Infringing Content:

• Content that infringes the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others
  
  

Illegal Content or Activity:

• Content that encourages or discusses illegal, violent or fraudulent behavior
• Content advocating, threatening or joking about harming yourself or others
• Content advocating dangerous misuse of a product
  
  

Irrelevant and/or Unhelpful Content:

• Content that is not relevant to any specific Bodybuilding.com product
• Questions or comments about orders, shipping, customer service, how to improve or modify a product
• Comments regarding another customer’s review
