Anytime you have a negative reaction to a product, please contact our Customer Service department with the name of the product, the lot number, the expiration date, and information about your reaction. We also recommend contacting the manufacturer of the product using the contact information on the product label.
It is important to gather information about your reaction to help us and our vendors comply with the Dietary Supplement and Nonprescription Drug Consumer Protection Act and to help us look for trends that indicate a product should be investigated, withdrawn, or recalled. We take all reports of negative reactions very seriously and are committed to protecting our valued customers.
Following a negative reaction, we can issue an in-store credit or exchange the product for something more agreeable.
