If you are unable to locate your package despite tracking showing a delivered status, please wait 24 hours before contacting our Customer Service Department. Occasionally, the carrier can scan the wrong package when making a delivery and they usually catch their error and correct it the next day. While waiting for the carrier, we recommend looking for your parcel behind bushes, on your back porch, or any other place where the driver may have attempted to hide the package from the street view. Checking with neighbors (or the leasing office in an apartment complex) is also a good idea.
